About Maloya

Maloya is no ordinary contract manufacturing company. Yes, we fabricate metal parts, including fabricating precision components, parts and patterns, and electromechanical assemblies. However, we differ from other organizations because our distinct blend of experience, ISO9000 quality compliance, and proactivity helps us provide customers with essential paradigms: quality control, on schedule delivery, cost effectiveness... and dedicated, personalized customer service. Customers who partner with Maloya receive many of these value added benefits, including fast track quoting.

Investing In The Future
Our investments in technologically advanced software and state-of-the-art laser cutting equipment enable us to reduce lead times and to efficiently fabricate precision components to exact specifications. For example, our ERP software tracks orders throughout the entire production process, to improve cost control. Our CNC systems' high power CO2 lasers are ideal for the flexible processing of a wide variety of metals and alloys, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum. And we offer state-of-the-art 2D and 3D modeling as well as computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) capabilities. Click here to see our AutoCAD 3D modeling for the Pentagon Memorial.

In addition, we support the laser cutting process with hydraulically operated 8-Axis CNC Press Breaks, CNC machining capabilities, TIG and MIG Welding and metal finishing processes, all under one roof.

Maloya: The Complete Package
Our investments also extend to computer networking and MIS management software. Maloya's Production Planning System manages and tracks all work from quoting through shipping. We also partner with approved vendors to provide additional services, such as painting/powder coating, plating and hardware.

Education & Value Engineering
We raise the bar with the Maloya facility tour program. Our Fabrication Feasibility and Fabrication Visualization process gives customers insight into our unique manufacturing methods. Strategic recommendations often arise and can encompass how to reduce costs, how to make a greener turnkey products, or how to develop a sustainable product by implementing manufacturing changes that use our unique capabilities.
