Programming to print is done utilizing several CAD programs including Autocad.
MLI can accept drawings in DXF and DWG. These CAD files can be E-Mailed (sales@maloyalaser.com) to us at anytime.

Other programming and CAD services that MLI provides are: digitizing of mylars, digitizing or scanning a of flat pattern parts or art work. MLI can also reverse engineer existing fabricated components.



MLI is capable of cutting up to .625" in steel and steel alloys .375" in stainless steel (& high temperature alloys, .250" in aluminum, and .125" brass. With automated loading and dual hydraulically alternating beds (sizes 78" x 157") there is no downtime on production runs. Minimum set time and virtually no tooling cost, MLI can be very cost effective in prototyping and production runs.

CNC vertical milling machines with table sizes up to 16" x 28", several Bridgeport milling machines, lathes with up to 15.25" diameter swing and 36" between centers. MLI also has small and large drill presses, tapping machines, surface grinder with a table size up to 6" x 18", cut off saws and band saws with up to 15" throat.

Capability of bending up to 10' in length, with 100 tons of RAM and CNC controlled back gauges, MLI can bend a variety of small and large parts in both thin and thick metals.

MLI also has the capability of fabricating square, rectangular and round tubing with a built-in rotary chuck and adaptable live center.
