CNC Laser Cutting

Using CNC Laser Cutting systems, Maloya is able to produce complex works with tremendous accuracy and no tooling required. Using specialized equipment from Bystronic, we are able to produce the most intricate work quickly and consistently.

With CNC Laser cutting, high energy laser beams cut through sheet metals, vaporizing metal as it strikes. Using computer-controlled systems, the lasers repeatedly make extremely complex cuts with tremendous precision. This produces work with minimal distortion allowing pieces to remain flat.

Hands-Off Technology Minimizes Potential for Human Error

Using computer-controlled systems, our laser cutting equipment precisely cuts your materials with accuracy unattainable by other means. With automated loading and dual hydraulically alternating beds (sizes 78" x 157") there is no downtime on production runs. With minimal set time and virtually no tooling cost, Maloya is very cost effective in prototyping and production runs.

Material Cutting Capabilities

The Bystronic laser cutting equipment employed at Maloya is capable of substantial cuts:

• Steel and steel alloys: .750"
• Stainless steel (& high temperature alloys): .500"
• Aluminum: .250"
• Brass: .125"

Our Bystronic: Byspeed Laser Cutting System is powered by a 4000-watt resonator, offers a table size of 60� x 120� with alternating pallet changers and automated loading, allowing fast and efficient handling of the work.

Our Bystronic: Bystar Laser Cutting System is powered by a 3000-watt resonator, utilizes a 78�x 157� table, an alternating pallet changer to change out materials and a rotary chuck for tube cutting. The Bystar also utilizes automated material loading.

• Our automated nesting software reduces your material costs by maximizing raw material yields;
• Our use of customer CAD files streamline the manufacturing process. We have the latest versions of AutoCAD, Solidworks, Bysoft and Mastercam. We can also import and work with CAD data from virtually any software program;
• Our 3D modeling capabilities allow us to verify fit, form and function of all of your parts or assemblies.

Our MieTrak production planning software ensures on-time delivery by monitoring your job from start to finish. It provides accurate costs and immediate order status throughout production.
