Maloya's Metal Fabrication Capabilities

Our Programming Department can accommodate any size Mylar with our 60" x 44" digitizing board. We can scan small metal parts. Our clients have approved Maloya's stringent quality systems, manufacturing to the highest industry quality standards. Maloya has also earned the GE Certification MIL-S-433 for special processes. Testing reports from accredited laboratories have confirmed minimal recast on the laser cut edge.

• We use laser cutting for cost effective prototyping and production runs. Our systems include Bystronic Byspeed and Bystronic ByStar laser cutting systems;
• We create your projects using CAD Programming (including Solidworks, Mastercam, Bysoft and AutoCAD);
• We have extensive welding capabilities, including plate and sheet metal, steel and stainless steel. We use laser cutting technologies to produce highly accurate fixtures to ensure compliance with your tolerance requirements. We fully train our skilled and qualified welders in a wide range of welding technologies;
• We have extensive machining capabilities using state-of-the-art equipment and software. We guarantee that your parts meet the exacting tolerances you intend them to meet;
• We use calibrated Inspection Technology including a Sheffield CMM

• Most metal parts need finishing to smooth edges, provide a uniform surface finish or to add a protective finish. Maloya provides all standard finishes in-house or through approved vendor affiliations.
