Contract Manufacturing

Maloya has offered contract manufacturing services since 1965. A leader in the industry, we can manufacture simple components and sub-assemblies, to complex full-scale assemblies and turn-key products.

Using a variety of technologies, ranging from Laser Cutting and CNC controlled bending, to welding, CNC machining and finishing, we possess the expertise required to assist you in the manufacture of your products.

Avoid Costly Delays in Manufacturing

At Maloya, we avoid extensive delays and downtime by producing the components and handing the assembly in-house. We perform the manufacture and assembly operations beneath one roof, with the entire process carefully tracked, measured and reported using our ERP/MRP systems.

In other situations, you may have one company manufacturing a few components, a second manufacturing different components, and a third company trying to assemble them. Rather than debate fault if items do not assemble properly, with Maloya, all responsibility falls here. Quality systems are continually monitored according to ISO 9001 standards.

Combined, our engineers have decades of experience designing works that we manufacture and assemble with our veteran metalworkers. With this knowledge base, we can supply as much (or as little) guidance and product management supervision as our clients require. With contract manufacturing, each project is different and tailored to our clients’ specific needs.

We work from customer drawings and assist in Fit, Form and Function when customers require. Our production planning system allows for JIT (Just in Time) delivery as per customer needs. In all our contract manufacturing, we adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards. Our quality controls include conformance to requirements and comprehensive defect prevention measures.

Use of ERP/MRP Systems to Generate Accurate Quotations

Maloya uses a highly effective ERP/MRP system to estimate production costs and execute customer quotations. Customers receive accurate and consistent pricing. With the XXXXXXXXXX system, we frequently return quotes in less than one day. We can supply quotations on almost any format of electronic data, hard copy drawings, samples or artwork.

Precise Technologies and Procedures for Your Project

At Maloya, we have strict procedures and guidelines in place to ensure that our experienced metal workers know exactly how to do your projects, and perform the work consistently.

• Our automated nesting software reduces your material costs by maximizing raw material yields;
• Our use of customer CAD files streamlines the manufacturing process. We have the latest versions of AutoCAD, Solidworks, Bysoft and Mastercam. We can also import and work with CAD data from virtually any software program;
• With our 3D modeling capabilities, we can verify fit, form and function of your parts or assemblies before they are produced;
• Our use of MieTrak production planning software ensures on-time delivery by monitoring your job from start to finish. It provides accurate costs and immediate order status throughout production.
