Maloya Laser is a leading supplier of components to the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Surgical instruments are often manufactured from heat treatable stainless steel alloy which are difficult to machine by conventional methods. Special ergonomic shapes are also commonly designed into medical equipment which are easily produced with the laser. The laser is also very suitable for cutting sintered material which is commonly used as filter media for the pharmaceutical industry. Superior edge quality on stainless steel alloys requires no additional processing.
Fast turn around and quality makes Maloya Laser a major force as a vendor in the display industry. A large quantity and variety of in stock raw material and three shift multi work center laser capacity allows us meet the demanding lead times required by this industry. Using e-mail and in house programming capabilities designs cab go from prototype to production within 24 hours. Our large material handling capabilities and 25,000 sq ft facility also enable Maloya Laser to efficiently manage large production runs with multiple or single releases.
Maloya Laser can readily produce high quality precision components from a variety of materials for mechanical or structural applications in process machinery. Our machining department can also provide conventional and CNC machining operations along with bending and welding, so customers receive parts ready for assembly into their systems. Laser cutting is ideal for roughing out material for near-net shapes which saves valuable machining time and reduces Work-in-Process. Also a narrow kerf allows tight nesting of parts which increases material usage significantly.
With the lasers ability to cut any shape or contour, Logo’s and artwork can be easily cut from a variety of materials. When CAD files cannot be provided, Maloya can digitize customer drawings into electronic files.
