Q. What types of equipment does Maloya have?

Q. What types of technology does Maloya have in house?
A. Maloya uses a technology-forward equipment philosophy. This ensures that we have state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities to contain cost and ensure the fastest delivery and highest quality to our customers.
We use the latest in CO2 Laser technology for the fast cutting of you profiles. Our secondary operations include Bending, Welding and Machining. Our finishing processes include timesaving edge polishing, tumbling, passivating, plating and painting.
Q. Can Maloya do welding and bending also?
A. Absolutely. Our Bending capabilities use state-of-the-art equipment which provides +/- ½ degree guaranteed bending accuracy. With 200 tons of power, a 14 foot bed and precision segmented tooling, most jobs are easily done.
Q. What types of materials can Maloya work with?
A. We work with many materials and sizes such as Nickel steels (300 series, 400 series, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, 17 and 14 series), Carbon steel, Aluminum, Titanium, Zinc, galvanized metal. Our Sales Team can provide a full list of our approved materials.

Q. How can Maloya help me realize my ideas and designs to see if they are feasible for manufacturing?

We use SolidWorks for 3D modeling to prove out designs and ensure high-quality fits in assemblies. This significantly reduces manufacturing time which translates to cost containment, on time-delivery and high quality.
Q. What types of heaters does Maloya produce?
A. Maloya manufactures 1, 2, 3, and 4 million BTU diesel-fired mobile tankless heaters for the instant heating of water and water-based fluids. The system heats the fluid on an as needed basis, shutting the heater safely down when not needed. Using computer control and 5 levels of safety, we can provide a solution for the most demanding applications.
