We recently fabricated and delivered sections of the 911 Pentagon Memorial, including the lightbox access panels and associated structural work. Maloya is fully capable of working with original art of virtually any type, and we can digitize customer-initiated tracings, templates and samples.

Prototyping Capabilities

We fabricate prototypes with minimum setup times and virtually no tooling costs. In addition, our laser cutting technology:

• Saves material by optimizing yields in sheet, plate and tubing;
• Cuts any conceivable contour in flat metals without tooling costs;
• Allows for quick and easy re-designing or changing of parts by simply modifying the existing CAD files.

• Customer CAD files streamline the manufacturing process. Whether you utilize Solidworks, AutoCAD, Mastercam or Bysoft, we support all the latest versions. In addition, if you use other CAD software, we can import it for you for use with our systems;
• Automated nesting software reduces your material costs by maximizing raw material yields;
• 3D modeling capabilities verify fit, form and function of your parts or assemblies;
• Production planning systems (MieTrak) ensures on-time delivery. We monitor your entire job from start to finish, providing accurate costs and immediate order status throughout production.
