The Architect‘s design called for a visually striking building façade featuring limestone and zinc. The building’s luxury amenities abound for the residents to enjoy. Everything from spacious lounges to spas and many 24 hour services are available. The building is situated in a neighborhood that affords easy access to some of the mot desirable areas of Manhattan. When it came to the fabrication of the 23,000 square foot zinc façade systems, Maloya was chosen due to their proven track record and high profile in this type of project.

Maloya’s challenge was to develop the 3D models, shop drawings, sequencing and staging of the 50 different zinc panel configurations. Maloya’s use of an extensive Solid Works procedure insured that when completed, the zinc façade system would fit the building envelop perfectly. The zinc panel system was delivered to the job site marked and tagged by floor and elevation leading to a trouble free installation process.
